How Ceboom Realty handles the information you send through this website, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email address, mobile number, the residence and budget range you are interested in, your country of residence, and your message. We also record the date of your submission.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, send you pricing and availability, and arrange a viewing. If you tick the updates box, we will also send occasional price and construction updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who sees it

Our sales team, and Rockwell Land where a reservation or documentation is being processed. We do not sell your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are an active inquiry, and for two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to privacy@ceboom.com.
